The quality of our products is guaranteed.

If the quality of the product(s) is not satisfactory, customer will notify German Food Specialties, Co. by phone, fax, e-mail or postal service about the nature of the problem or defect on receipt of the goods within two weeks after receiving them. Contents must remain intact.  If there is external or internal damage noticeably caused by the carrier (UPS or Postal Service), please make the product available for inspection by the carrier (up to 8 days). We will process a claim against the carrier and arrange for the pick-up of the items. If contents are in perfect shape, but the metal chest is damaged beyond simple repair, we may opt to send you a replacement chest without contents.

 

Contents must not be consumed while there is a pending claim.

A credit, refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods.
