All orders for destinations outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, need to be placed by phone or fax. Download order form here.
Additional 'Shipment Service Levels' are also available for orders placed by phone or fax. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day services are available at time of order. Orders need to be received by 12:00pm (noon) in order to be shipped the same day.
Shipping charges, for express service and destinations outside of continental United States, will be calculated at time of order.
